Tuesday Painting Workshops
An invitation to join tutor Bernadette Curtin and a group of painters who meet every Tuesday to explore the opportunities and adventure of painting. The workshops offer support and guidance to discover/develop your chosen subject and style at your level of experience, whether you are a newcomer or more experienced artist. Techniques covered include mixing colours, layering paint, designing a composition and building your own research base.

Running Your Own Creative Business
A one day intensive course presented by the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). Running Your Own Creative Business is one of AFTRS most popular courses, focusing on the key areas that arts-based businesses most need including business planning, managing irregular income, tax and financing, contract and copyright basics and how to market the arts in a way that will bring in more clients and profits. Presented by writer/director Monica Davidson.

Film and Television Director's Course
For those interested in either stage or screen, this course develops skills and confidence for leading a creative team, motivating a company of performers, and inspiring audiences. The course covers the director's role and responsibilities, principles of effective storytelling and characterisation and working with others designers, writers, choreographers, composers. Planning, communication and production skills are also developed.
