Arts Northern Rivers is looking for a Media Intern/Arts Reporter to join our team in 2011, working one day per week at our small office in Alstonville.

The ideal person is likely to be a final year journalism or communications student, or a recent graduate, with an active interest in the arts and creativity.

The role will primarily involve researching 'What's On' in the arts, in towns across the region, and working together with the community and Arts Northern Rivers to ensure this information is reported and shared.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get started in a career in arts reporting, and to learn the ropes in a small friendly team environment.

It's an unpaid volunteer position, starting in March through to early December.
