Australia Council Fellowships of $80,000 support outstanding, established artists’ creative activity and professional development for a period of up to two years.

Creative Koori Grants
Creative Koori aims to support and develop NSW Aboriginal arts and culture. Creative Koori Grants includes: Aboriginal Artist Support (Quick Response), Creative Koori Arts and Cultural Projects, Creative Koori Employment and the Aboriginal Regional Arts Fund.

Museums and Galleries NSW

Audience Development Fund
The Audience Development Fund (ADF) offers public galleries in NSW assistance in targeting and developing new audiences. It encourages galleries to create innovative public programs that engage artists and the community.

The Dobell Exhibition Grant
The Dobell Exhibition Grant, supported by the Sir William Dobell Art Foundation, offers $40,000 in funding to one regional NSW gallery per annum. The program aims to support high quality exhibitions that speak to a broad audience across NSW.

Fellowship Program
Fellowships offer senior staff from NSW museums and galleries the opportunity to spend two weeks at an international cultural organisation.

Mentorship Program
Mentorships provide opportunities for emerging and mid-level NSW museum and gallery staff to spend two weeks with a state, national or smaller, more specialised organisation.

Volunteer Placements
Volunteer Placements provide volunteers from NSW volunteer managed museums and Aboriginal cutlural centres with the opportunity to spend up to two weeks with staff and resources of larger or more specialised cultural organisations.

Project Development Grants
Project Development Grants allow community museums and keeping places to carry out strategic and innovative projects with mid to long term outcomes. The grants can also provide an opportunity to work productively with an appropriate museums and/or arts consultant as a skill development opportunity.

Small Grants
Small Grants aim to meet the short-term, collection-based requirements of community museums. There are no set categories for funding, and applications for a broad range of projects will be considered.

Leg Up Grants
Leg Up Grants are quick response skill development grants for workers in volunteer managed museums throughout NSW. These grants fund various skill development projects including hosting or attending workshops, conferences or seminars in NSW, in addition to networking activities.
NAVA

NSW Artists’ Grant
The NSW Artists’ Grant has been initiated by NAVA to assist professional visual and media arts, craft and design practitioners residing in NSW to produce, present and promote their work throughout NSW, interstate and overseas.

Visual Arts Fellowship
The Visual Arts Fellowship is funded by the Copyright Agency and administered by NAVA, and aims to assist exceptional mid-career Australian visual and media arts, craft and design practitioners to undertake a self directed program of professional development.

Australian Artists' Grant
The Australian Artists' Grant was initiated by NAVA to assist professional visual and media arts, craft and design practitioners to produce, present and promote their work throughout Australia and overseas.

Ignition Prize
The NAVA Ignition Prize for Professional Practice is awarded to a graduating student from university art and design schools. One prize is offered to a student who achieved the highest marks in their professional practice unit or who academic staff feel would be most deserving of the benefits offered by the prize - a one year NAVA Premium Membership package.

Screen NSW

Advanced Development
Advanced Development contributes towards later stage draft and non-draft costs to complete financing where a strong interest has already been established in the marketplace.

360 Vision Virtual Reality
Screen NSW and the ABC thave partnered to create the 360 Vision Virtual Reality Development Initiative. The initiative aims to develop the potential of this new frontier of content producing and with it, build a whole new world of entertainment and storytelling.

Production Finance
The Production Finance program provides funding for projects produced or post-produced in NSW.

Generator: Emerging Filmmakers Fund
Generator: Emerging Filmmakers Fund (GEFF) supports new and emerging filmmakers and screen practitioners in NSW by funding the production and post-production of short films.

Regional Filming Fund
The Regional Filming Fund offsets costs associated with shooting in regional areas of NSW.

Screenability Filmmakers Fund
The Create NSW Screenability Filmmakers Fund is open to short film proposals of any genre made by filmmakers with disability that may or may not have disability content.
